So, that didn't go as well as we had hoped. Oops.

It seems that the battle plan to import the users has, for the moment, caused some issues with our installation. As such, we have just refreshed the database, and request that returning users sign back up.

We have a system to check old usernames against the email addresses used, so we will be confirming that the usernames are taken back up by the authorized members.
